Before your session, avoid consuming heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol. Wear comfortable clothing and remove any makeup, lotions, or hair products to prevent interference with the Epsom salt solution. It’s also a good idea to take a shower before entering the float tank to cleanse your body of any impurities.

    Upon arrival, you’ll be shown to a private room with a float tank. Inside the tank, you’ll find warm, buoyant water filled with Epsom salt. Once you enter, you can choose to either close the lid or door or leave it open depending on your comfort level. If you suffer from claustrophobia or just prefer to keep the door open for your first float, you are welcome to. It’s common to feel a bit disoriented initially, but most people quickly adjust to the sensation of floating.

    During your session, focus on your breath and allow yourself to drift into a state of relaxation. You can use the time for meditation, reflection, or simply to unwind. Most sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes. When the session ends, take your time to exit the tank and rinse off the saltwater.
