Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

Refunds will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive at Mukha Yoga or processing time at our warehouse). Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to post on your account.

We recommend wiping your mat down with a damp cloth on a weekly basis to maintain stickness. We also recommend using a plant-based mat wash, it is not recommeded on Jade Yoga mats to use any cleaner with alcohol, petroleum and essential oils.
Hugger Mugger make an outer cover for your yoga bolster that is removable. We recommeded washing the cover by hand and the inner core should not be washed.
Any Yoga mat will be fine to use, however during a Yin or Restorative class you are staying in a yoga shape for a longer period and we recommended a thicker yoga mat like 5mm to help with cushioning.

To use the yoga towel, place it over the yoga mat. Before you start your practice sprinkle the top and bottom ends of the towel with water i.e where your feet and hands will be to ensure the mat towel grips. The towel needs to be damp to grip.
