    What is the difference between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga?


    Vinyasa yoga has a heavy focus on flowing and linking poses with your breath while Hatha yoga will often take time on individual poses. Hatha yoga may include elements of Vinyasa yoga (seamlessly flowing from one movement to another), but for the most part, poses are held with a few breaths. Your instructor may support you with adjustment suggestions so you may reap the full benefits of an aligned pose.
