Cork block. It is exactly what it is.<3

I've used these regularly (3-5 times a week) for going on 3 weeks now. It's pretty darn sturdy (which I wanted). I would only recommend cork yoga blocks to someone without any history of wrist injuries and who has practiced on a variety of surfaces before. I don't find the blocks heavy nor are they too light (nice medium). My practice is mostly traditional Ashtanga (primary and secondary series), so the blocks are great for jump back/jump through work. I've also been using them for yin yoga flows. And lots of yoga drills with Kino MacGregor.
