Autumn Delight - an Essential Oil Blend

October 09, 2019

Autumn, when the sun is hot and the air is crisp. The third season of the year, when crops and fruit are gathered, and leaves blow in the wind. A spectacle of vibrant colors set the foliage ablaze as summer transitions into winter. Crunch! Delight beneath my feet.

Autumn Delight l Mukha Yoga

Incorporating essential oils during these times of transition can boost your emotional resilience, improve mental clarity, and ground your footsteps in the rustling here and now. Below is a blend that captures fall’s unique scents, notes, and textures.

Autumn Delight

Enjoy the season’s crisp freshness with this light and breezy blend. Diffuse these oils together on windy days to invite an uplifting atmosphere at home.

  • 4 drops Bergamot
  • 3 drops Lemon
  • 3 drops Eemi
  • 2 drops Evergreen Essence

You can also create an air spritzer by mixing these oils in a glass spray bottle with unscented, alcohol-free witch hazel. Fill bottle to desired scent strength. To promote calm clarity and add a clean refreshing redo to any day, spritz at home, in the office, in your car, and on your face after yoga class for a reinvigorating breath of crisp autumn air.
